Planning to Attract the Right Graduate
Our aim is to fully understand the business problem that has prompted you to seek a graduate. We look beyond the problem and review the current organisation and where a graduate may add value and make an impact in your organisation.
Once we’ve established the problem to be solved, the culture of the company and the personal attributes & skills required of a graduate, we’re in a position to create a job profile and source a graduate.
We generally use quick personality profiling tools as a backup to the meeting with the graduate. We recognise how important a good cultural fit between the graduate and the company & owner is.
If we recommend to take a graduate on a project, then you can either manage the project & mentor the graduate. Alternatively we can do this under a mentored graduate project
